Jerusalem Artichokes
Storage: Store in a paper towel and place in a resealable plastic bag in the crisper drawer of your refrigerator. This will keep them for up to 2 weeks.
Preparation: Jerusalem artichokes are very easy to prepare. They can be cooked just like you would a potato, and you can leave the skin on or peel it off. They can be eaten raw, roasted, boiled, sautéed, baked or steamed.
Taste: Nutty and savory.
