Katchkie Farm is now available for private events including nonprofit events, social gatherings, and weddings.
With dramatic views of the majestic Catskill mountains to the West, flanked by a row of sky high evergreens and framed by a glistening pond, the fields at Katchkie are the perfect spot to grow vegetables, gather children to learn about healthy eating, watch the sunset at the end of long summer day — or host your event.
Each season is stunning, from the budding leaves and early blossoms of spring to lush greens and flowering plants in summer to the golds and reds of changing leaves in the fall.
Delicious Food, Stunning Setting
Enjoy farm to table fare meticulously prepared by Great Performances chefs using the farm’s produce as a source of inspiration and ingredients. We even have a pizza oven on our Pavilion, perfect for an outside of the box event.
Stroll among flower beds, tomato vines, and raspberry bushes in our Garden and enjoy a cocktail as the sun sets. Enjoy an al fresco meal and enjoy the open air or dine under a tent dreamily decorated with twinkle lights and florals. Finish the evening with mingling and dancing on our Pavilion (did we mention the pizza oven?)

Nonprofit Event: The Sylvia Center’s annual Farm to Table Dinner
Reimagined during the pandemic to a socially-distanced Farm to Picnic Blanket dinner. Attendees picked up picnic baskets filled with the season’s bounty and enjoyed them in the Garden on picnic tables, picnic blankets, and linen-covered tables. Hilltown Hotpies and pizzaiolo Rafi Bildner made his artisinal pies which were available in a variety of flavors
