Storage: Store them whole, dry, and unwashed in an open plastic bag in the refrigerator. Use in 1-2 weeks.

Preparation: Rinse the zucchini under cold water. Wipe dry with a paper towel to remove any dirt from skin. Remove ends and chop zucchini into any size.

Taste: Mild, grassy, earthy.
