Hon Tsai Tai is a Chinese specialty known for its tender, mildly sweet stems and leaves. Sharing characteristics of both mustard greens and broccoli, the deep green leaves on purple stems with bright yellow flowers are as beautiful in gardens as they are delicious to eat.
Storage: Store Hon Tsai Tai wrapped in a towel and placed in a plastic bag in your fridge. It will keep up to one week.
Preparation: Wash and dry the Hon Tsai Tai and enjoy raw in a salad or lightly cooked in a stir fry or pasta dish.
