Storage: Pumpkin can be stored at room temperature in a cool, dry place for a month or more. After cutting, wrap it tightly in plastic and refrigerate.

Preparation: Just cut off the top (below the stem) and bottom, and remove the skin with a vegetable peeler, scoop out the seeds, and dice the flesh.

Taste: Subtly sweet with dense flesh

Nutritional Benefits: High in vitamin A for strong eyes, a great source of fiber, and an immune-booster high in vitamin C!
