Parsnips
Storage: It’s best to not wash parsnips before storing. They can be stored in a plastic bag and placed in the crisper drawer of your refrigerator for up to 10 days.
Preparation: Parsnip is best prepared after washing thoroughly, peeled and chopped into evenly sized chunks. Like most root vegetables, they can be baked, sautéed, steamed, mashed or pureed, roasted and more.
Taste: Sweet, earthy, nutty
