Storage:
A cantaloupe can last 5-15 days in a humid environment; for best results, place your cantaloupe in your refrigerator’s crisper.
Preparation:
Wash and scrub the outside of the melon. Place on a cutting board and using a large knife, cut in half. Use a spoon to scoop out the seeds. Slide into wedges and serve or cut into smaller pieces.
