Dandelion Greens

Storage: Rinse in cool water, dry thoroughly and store in an open plastic bag. Wrap them loosely in a paper towel and store in the refrigerator. They'll keep for 2-3 days in the fridge.

Preparation: The leaves can be eaten raw in a salad, or cooked by sautéing, grilling, or stir-frying. 

Taste: Bitter, peppery, earthy, nutty.

Nutritional Benefits: Dandelion greens are high in antioxidants, calcium and iron. They are also packed with vitamins A, C, K and B2.
