Broccoli
Storage: Refrigerate unwashed in an open plastic bag for up to three days.
Preparation: Cut away the main stem and separate florets before washing. Place the florets in a strainer and and rinse under cool water. Do not soak broccoli.
Taste: Bitter, cabbage-like, musky
