What’s Growing on the Farm
Katchkie Farm is a year-round operating vegetable farm. In the summer our fields have an abundance of veggies. In the winter our greenhouses specialize in lettuces and micro-greens. We power our greenhouses from cooking oil from Great Performances, minimizing waste and mitigating environmental impacts. Katchkie Farm produce varies from season to season but can include:
Arugula, Basil, Beets, Bok Choi, Braising Greens, Broccoli, Broccoli Rabe, Brussels Sprouts, Cabbage (Mini, Chinese, Red, Green), Cantaloupe, Carrots, Cauliflower, Celery Root, Collard Greens, Cucumbers, Eggplant, Fennel, Garlic, Garlic Scapes, Greens, Basil, Dill, Parsley, Cilantro, Kale, Kohlrabi, Leeks, Lettuce Heads, Onion, Peas, Peppers (Bell and Hot), Radishes, Romanesco, Scallions, Spinach, Summer Squash, Swiss Chard, Tomatillos, Tomatoes (Beefsteak, Plum, Cherry, Heirloom), Turnips, Winter Squash (Acorn, Butternut, and Delicata), and Zucchini.
