Katchkie Farm New Year’s Feast

Fresh farm greens tucked in warm in Liz’s car
Cauliflower ready for roasting
Even the bees were busy in December
The result? All the fixings for a perfect New Year’s Day menu. Everything in bold below was freshly harvested from the fields!
Ham Rubbed with Prepared Mustard and Rosemary
Black-Eyed Peas (for good luck!), seasoned with Onions and Bacon
Roasted Cauliflower and Turnips
Roasted and Mashed Butternut Squash
Butternut Squash Pie
Cassie with her apple pie
Mark Liam with his butternut squash pie
Bob carved the ham

It’s a good thing – time to start up on our New Year’s resolutions! Well, as soon as the leftovers are all gone…
