Organic produce from Katchkie  is at the heart of every product. Other ingredients are also sourced locally, like Samascott Orchard Ida Red Apples in the Katchkie Farm Bob-A-Que Sauce.

All Katchkie Farm Artisanal Products are made in small batches rather than mass-produced on a large scale. The motto is: “When it’s gone, we wait for next year!”
