Katchkie Farm is the source and inspiration for a line of artisanal products produced in cooperation with Great Performances. Organic produce from Katchkie is at the heart of every product.

What began as a way to use a bumper crop of “thunder-fertilized” cucumbers from Katchkie’s first harvest, has grown into an annual preservation of the season’s bounty. Our organic produce is at the heart of each and every small batch, and recipes are created by the culinary team at Great Performances.

A portion of our profits goes to support the programs of The Sylvia Center: a not-for-profit organization committed to educating children about food and nutrition through hands-on experiences on our farm. For more information, click here.
