Jhonattan Jordan was busy in the kitchen and the results are strikingly beautiful.
We are happy to share what he was inspired to make with his fresh produce from Katchkie Farm.
Arroz con coco
Fresh coconut water
Dice the onion and let cook slow, when is soft add coconut water and shredder coconut. Cook for 4 mins and add rice and let it cook for 20 mins.
Garlic and shallots
Pan sauteed veg with salt garlic and shallots
Pea shoot and radish salad
Roasted tilapia — not from the farm but paired well with the rice and greens!
